PSYCHODRAMA
Psychodrama is a method that uses guided role-playing, action techniques, and group interaction to explore personal experiences, relationships, and emotional processes. Family constellations are another technique used to uncover patterns and dynamics within families and relationships. Together, these approaches help participants gain insight, practice new behaviours, and deepen self-understanding.
I facilitate these methods in a variety of settings, including residencies, universities, institutions, and festivals. Sometimes the work takes the form of a workshop or a single-day session, while other times it unfolds over the course of a week with the same group.
